Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to customers worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order if they meet these conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Slippers (due to intimate contact with feet)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) for return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchange Processing
- We’ll ship your replacement once we process your return
- Price differences will be adjusted (charged or refunded as needed)
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return and replacement
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using trackable shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
